Santhi Serad is a food writer and an Indonesian culinary expert, with a master’s degree in food science and technology. Santhi is also chair and co-founder of ACMI (Aku Cinta Makanan Indonesia/ I Love Indonesian Food). Her love for Indonesian food extends respectively by creating Ramurasa, a cooking studio & coffee, with its series of Indonesian food classes. She is also run Bumi Herbal Dago, an herb garden in Bandung, West Java, as one of her other way to preserve her endless love for Indonesia.
As the author of ‘Leaf it to Tea,’ a book that tells the history and stories behind Indonesian tea culture, Santhi’s work centers around the richness and layers of stories behind the country’s cuisine. Her book won the Gourmand World Cookbook Awards 2019 in two categories. She represented Indonesia at Frankfurt Book Fair 2015 and appointed as a food curator for Indonesian culinary team for London Book Fair 2019
