Highly influenced by his experience working in several restaurants in Melbourne, Australia, Oka, and his two partners decided to build a hospitality advisory service called Soavé in September 2015. He also created his own noodle joint‘Miechino’ as his first project in Jakarta located in Pasar Santa. A‘miekaret’ specialty joint is a multicultural flavor in a bowl that can be easily enjoyed by every people. He was also set up the menu for Arrack & Spice restaurant’s famous dish, Pasta Lodeh.
