Gregory moved to Ubud to pursue his career in the hospitality industry and joint Gelato Secrets’ development. After learning the gelato process from some of the most well-known Gelato Masters in Italy, which helped him to create his own recipes, Gregory was inspired to incorporate this knowledge with the local ingredients that he can find in Indonesia. Throughout the years, Gregory traveled around Indonesia and was fascinated with the abundance of natural resources, various culinary heritage and the great cultures in the country. Gregory focuses on making an all-natural gelato without commercial premixes and artificial flavoring. He has been creating all the recipes from scratch and uses the best raw ingredients as local as possible. Using the best sources that he finds locally, Gregory has made some great discoveries and turn into some unique products.
