Ayu is a chef, food consultant, and presenter at taste made Indonesia and also host at Masak.tv. She started her career as a food consultant in Kusuma Ayu Catering before she opened her own business “Confiteria Patisserie”. Ayu’s signature dish is Choux, Paris-Brest, and Tarteaucriton, that she learn from Le Cordon Bleu Dusit, Bangkok.
