Astrid Enricka

Astrid is an active member of ACMI (Aku Cinta Makanan Indonesia) community. A community of Indonesian culinary enthusiasts aims to promote Indonesian cuisine throughout Indonesia and worldwide. She is part of William Wongso Culinary Team for “Journey to Indonesian Culinary Adventure” that was held in Doha, Qatar. Astrid also a chef and catering owner, she is also a member of APJI, Indonesian catering company association. As part of being in many organizations, she is an author of many culinary books and she is part of Indonesia cooking class for school kids all over Europe.
