Ardika Dwitama is an Indonesian pastry chef based in Jakarta, where he runs a pop-up dessert bar called Oui Dessert. Since 2015, Oui Dessert has appeared in different spaces around town, collaborating with chefs and other professionals to host a series of contemporary dining. His past experience includes Union (Jakarta), Burch &Purchese (Melbourne) and Room4Dessert (Bali).

Oui Dessert Bar stands for modern and contemporary dessert cuisine. Oui makes everything from scratch, staying away from industrial products and unnecessary preservatives. Oui style of pastry is used fresh, seasonal and local produce to the greatest extent possible.
